Our conditions

Your reservation is strictly personal and non-transferrable. Please print a copy for the record.

We reserve the right to refuse the reservation, in which case we will inform you by email.

Your reservation will only be final after you receive our written confirmation via email and the debit notification for the amount of the deposit as indicated on the reservation form you filled in. Should the operation be wrong (e.g.: you forgot to add-up: "sheets", "electric cord", "extra person or vehicle", "animal", etc., the amount will automatically be rectified.

In order to make your reservation final, we will ask you to forward your deposit within 5 days starting from your date of reservation, otherwise any option will be automatically cancelled.

Keep in mind

Dates put on hold on our calendar are only valid for 3 days, after that if we haven't heard of you, said options will automatically be cancelled.

In case your deposit be paid by check, we must receive it no later than 7 days after you put the dates on hold on the planning, otherwise they will be automatically cancelled and we will send the check back.

There will be no discount in case of late arrival or early departure. In case of late arrival or no-show on the day of arrival, the reservation will still be valid another 24 hours, after which, and if we haven't read of you, the reservation will be cancelled and the amounts paid will be withheld by Vigna Maggiore.

Any interrupted or shortened stay by you and regardless of the reasons, will get no refund.

Insurance

Please make sure to have taken out a cancellation insurance to get a refund should any unforeseen circumstances arise (disease, separation, job loss, death...) as well as an Insurance for your belongings, the camping will not be held liable in any way for any damage (theft, fire, water damage...)

Bank charges and exchange rates will be borne by the customer. 

Accommodation booking

Cabins

Our rates include the maximum number of people intended per type of rental, 1 vehicle, gas, water, electricity. (In no case can the maximum capacity be exceeded. If you are renting our accommodation for 5 persons, it is absolutely impossible to make it a 6 people stay.)

- Arrival and departure on Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays.

Besides these rates, the following mandatory fees will be added-up:

- tourist tax: €0.50/Adult/day

- non refundable administrative costs: €15

Every reservation will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 40% the cost of the cabin as well as the €15 administrative costs, non-refundable should you cancel your reservation.

In the event of a reservation less than one month prior to the beginning of the stay, the full price will be paid at the time of the reservation, that being: administrative costs and the entirety of the stay.

Means of payment

We accept Checks, Credit card, Cash, Holiday vouchers (for stays between July 6 and August 31, a maximum of €500 holiday vouchers, beyond that an extra 2% percentage will be required).

The deposit can be paid via Credit card (please contact us by phone), by Check payable to Camping Vigna Maggiore or via Bank Transfer:

Considering our planning, it is impossible for us to guarantee the exact rental number.

- Arrival no sooner than 4:00 pm. Early check-in from 12:00 (noon) upon demand, subject to availability, charged €50.
- Departure no later than 10:00 am. Late check-out until 2:00 pm, upon demand, subject to availability, charged €50. Only one pet allowed in the rentals with an extra €4 per day.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rentals.

Useful information

Deposit

€300 for rentals (checks or credit card only). Security deposit made by check will be returned by post mail within a month or destroyed the day of your departure and once cleaning service is done.

Any missing, broken or damaged item will be charged, we recommend you inform the reception desk and replace the item at your own expense. Keys loss or damage will be charged 100 Euros.

You will receive an inventory list on your day of arrival, you must fill it in and hand it back to us, signed. The inventory will serve as proof on the day of your departure, any problem must be reported on the inventory the day of your arrival, after which no dispute and no claim will be accepted regarding damage or breakage or cleaning fault.

We ask you to leave your rental in a satisfactory state of cleanliness, including when you have paid for the €45 cleaning service, (dishes done, bins emptied, broomed and sanitary facilities cleaned)

Failing that, no dispute will be accepted and an extra cleaning service will be charged.

Cancellation (for accommodation)

Please take out insurance

Cancellations, whatever the cause, will induce no refund, the deposit and administrative costs will be withheld.


That is why we strongly recommend you take out a cancellation insurance or to pay for your stay with already insured means of payment.


We must receive a written cancellation with delivery receipt. 

- More than 180 days before your stay: sums paid will be refunded except for the €15 administrative costs.

- Between the 169th day and the 100th day before your stay: 50% of the remaining amount owed and the administrative costs will be charged.

- Between the 99th day and the 60th day before your stay: 75% of the remaining amount owed and the administrative costs will be charged.

- Less than 60 days before arrival: 85% of the remaining amount owed and the administrative costs will be charged.

- Less than 30 days before the stay or in the event of a no-show: no refund, the entire amount of the stay must be paid.

- Regardless, no administrative costs will be refunded.

You can subscribe to our cancellation insurance when you make your reservation, please note that this must be subscribed within 48 hours of your reservation.

Camping Caravaning

Pitches

We take reservations for the camping pitches but do not assign a fixed pitch, not for Tents, Caravans or Motor homes and regardless of the period, even during high season.

Indeed, our campsite is very large, we always have room and we recommend arriving between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm.

Departures occur everyday and allow a daily pitches shift and freedom for all to set up camp wherever they wish and to leave at their preferred time.
